Taichi Master

wow... final few days here and i've got another incident with MC.

Background info about MC. She is very lazy and always pretend to be super busy in front of the bosses and always try to taichi her work away.

MC: the add-on for ABC is only for Spamguard or GApps or Both?

me: both

MC: ABC is offline order, we cannot provision the accounts online
 
i can only provision for postini add-on but not gapps

me: pls tell that to boss. i dont provision at all

MC: for all offline order, just send him an email on that. there is nothing i can do from my side

me: as i said, pls liaise with boss. i m just doing my part

MC: the instruction for account provisioning should come from yr side

me: which i did, by filling up the form

MC: ok, then i am just informing that since it is an offline order, there is nothing i can do on my side

me: then who provision what is not my business. i was instructed to fill in the form. and u n boss will pick up from there

MC: fine then
i know i sound like a bitch here for not even attempt to go extra mile to help. why should i? the more i help, the more she demand me to do her job. it's her job. i did my part until the end. it's her department's processes, she handle it la. niama!!

MC: hi, check with u on the renewal spreadsheet; do u need to know who are the customers who has been terminated?

me: nope. but i think it's better to have a record. coz most of the time, those terminated are other reseller's customer and they might come back and ask us few mths down the road

MC: no worries, the record is still in out system; i thot it would be easier for u if we just show only the active customers; coz if the list of customers grow longer, then it would be more difficult for u; once a terminated customer comes back to us, I can put in the record to the sheet later

me: ok. meaning to say if next time someone ask abt the terminated acc's details, u are able to provide?

MC: depends on what kind of info they are looking for... if it is regards to licences and expiry date then yes

me: like how many users were they having, wat was the products they were using, what was the domain's name?

MC: not the domain name; domain name we hv to key in manually; coz domain name can change; like now our company can be qwerty but later we may only be known as qwe... just an example

me: ok. so in the future if the customer like ps or xyz or mj ask us these questions, where can we find it if we do not keep the records?

MC: they will not need to know previously how many user licences and domain name la

me: why not?

MC: coz they should hv the info themselves; why do we need to keep track for them; they shud keep track of it themselves; and they shud hv a record or every order they submit to us

me: there is a chance they will ask, like recently xyz ask me for a list of their customers, how many users, domain names, expiry dates

MC: if active customers then yes; not terminated customers previous details; anyway i hv already discussed with Big Boss on this and we will be removing them.... i just inform u in case u wonder why it is not there

me: i still think it's best to keep records. if not, next time kena enquiries, we cannot give answer. i thought we are suppose to keep records for 10yrs for auditing purposes? then u check with me for what?

MC: i just see if u are using those info at the moment

what's the whole fucking point of "checking with me" when she has already made up her fucking mind??? i already say i want the records to be kept and she still wanna delete the fucking records!!! niama!!
