Fucking lazy bitch she is lor! how hard is it to look when she is the one controlling the spreadsheet??? she think she is the only one busy and rushing for work issit??? this is HER job, HER task, she is suppose to do it! i was soooooo pissed that i approached my lady boss. As for the earlier email, i was instructed by the lady boss to email her coz we did not know if the boss gave instruction to her or not. and it was super polite! here's the email:

The customer has confirmed the attached quotation for this addon of 5 users. Please advise if that addon has already done on 14th July (not sure if instructions were given earlier or not :))? If not, please assist to addon as soon as possible. Thank you :)
